I've just got my Pi up and running and would like to know if I can run Ubuntu on my new device.

As no one but you knows what model of Raspberry Pi SBC, maybe, maybe not:

RPi 4B 4GB (SSD Boot)..
Asus ChromeBox 3 Celeron is my other computer...
