Ubuntu 19.10 Turn on the camera

Hello,
How to turn on the camera in Ubuntu 19.10 because I am sitting for 3 hours and I can not turn it on

Perhaps Ubuntu 19.10 doesn't support the camera.

There is a reason most long time members here will advice you to use Raspbian, NOT Ubuntu. Raspbian is the only officially supported OS for the Raspberry PI, and all documentation is written for IT.

This is probably the wrong place to discuss a lot of this; there's absolutely no point complaining to the fine folks at the Pi Foundation about Ubuntu. Bug me instead (see below for more information on how to bug Dave)!
As already mentioned by others, https://ubuntuforums.org/ and https://askubuntu.com/ are good places to ask about things like this

So seems like good advice...
