ok I have run the script on Gentoopi64 RPI4 4GB,
I get a message saying GTK initialization failed, is this because I am running it through a rdp connection to my pi?

I am trying to follow the tutorial but I am facing some issues during the process.
When I have booted the image, there seems to be some problem with libc. I can not update the system at all.

Code: Select all

[email protected]:/$ apt-get update
apt-get: /lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.30' not found (required by /lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libudev.so.1)
[email protected]:/$ apt-get upgrade
apt-get: /lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.30' not found (required by /lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libudev.so.1)
How can I solve this?

Following the same steps I did with orange pi 3.but the screen does not come with virtualization.

It works without virtualization.

What is the reason?

Windows 10 Lite version 1.0 for Raspberry Pi 3/4 has been released today:
https://discourse.pi64.win/t/woalite-re ... rry-pi/457

It includes simplified instructions for RPi4 KVM using the WOALight install.wim with built-in drivers. Basically, everything is done remotely from a Windows 10 PC besides copying the bios file to the Gentoo desktop - see instructions via the above link.

Nice! When my RPi4 accessories arrive later tomorrow, I'll try this out! Considering I have the 4GB RAM version this should be good :D :D

Three questions:

Which version of Windows IOT are you running? 19035 is supposed to have major upgrades for KVM ARM

Is the ARM version of Windows only capable of running appx containers? (UWP apps - like windows store apps)

Have you been able to use KVM 5.3? 5.3 kernel is supposed to have major updates for KVM ARM - 5.5.1 builds on that (was just looking at source in GitHub)

Thanks!

Could someone share an img file of this setup?
Atomic Pi's are radioactive. Orange Pi's are too sour.
Rock PI's are too hard. Banana Pi's are too soft...
Raspberry Pi's are JUST RIGHT!
