Voice hat and ADS 7386 touchscreen

Hi,
I'm fairly new to the whole hardware side of raspberry pi, so sorry if this is a stpid question. I have the ADS 7386 5 inc touchscreen, and i'm trying to figure out if i'm able to use the touch functionality together with the google voice Hat.
I've attached a screenshot of the touchscreen manual with the pin map, If i read it right i will not be able to have the voice hat and this one working together (or only through hdmi, with nou touch capability).
Has oneone had any succes with this or similar combination? Is there any way to get this to working together?
