Speaker is very crackly [solved]

Fri May 05, 2017 9:50 pm

I've done the install and enable the API.
When I press the button to give a command it looks like it's working and that PI is trying to play the audio but it's not working.

I've tried removing and re-tightening the screen terminal block.

Any advise appreciated.

Solution:
I removed the speaker and put the wires back in again and rescrewed everything tighter making sure not to screw the plastic and now working great.
Video proof.

Have you run the 'test audio' or something like that which is on the desktop?

Marked as solved but no explanation as to steps other than running the test that just ask if you can hear it or not.

Sorry, must have missed bits.

Still an issue with when the voice hat responds as opposed to the web interface but not this one.
