Pi experiment to run on HAB

Hi everyone,
We are building a HAB with our sixth form students and we have some GCSE students looking at options for payload experiments, powered by a raspberry pi.
The students have asked to monitor the air quality from a pollution aspect at the range of altitudes. I have seen that there are sensors available to do this through this company http://airpi.es/ but I'm not sure if you could use them at such conditions. I am awaiting a response from the company, but my question to anyone that knows is: are there any sensors that could monitor pollution/polluting gases at this altitude/temp range?
