Any plans for smaller bezel screen?

I was wondering if there were any plans to have a display for a smaller bezel screen?

The one on the current screen is too wide for my current project and I wouldn't want to try to trim it and risk trashing my screen.
I would go with a different one, but I like using the DSI connection and having capacitive touch.

I'd rather have a bigger one, 10 inch or 12 inch. If we' asking. ;)

Well, there this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KKB5YS9

It's smaller and lower resolution, but if the goal of your "project" is smaller size, then it might be suitable. I haven't tried it personally, it just came up as a recommended product and I saved the link for future reference.

There are lots of small PiTFT GPIO connected touch screens out there. https://www.adafruit.com/?q=pitft
And small HDMI etc screens, https://www.adafruit.com/product/2232
I posted links to Adafruit as I buy from them and IMHO there stuff is of good quality. Me being in Canada, and them in the US works out for me shipping wise. I'm sure there are other retailers selling similar items. Getting other DSI connected displays is near impossible, as near as I can tell..

Likewise. In addition, during one of the early interviews given by Dr. Upton, he indicated an intent to follow the 7" screen with a 10" one.

HOWEVER, in addition to the "no pre-announcement" policy, I suspect that the 10" project was quietly dropped, more's the pity. I'd buy a minimum of 2...

I have one of the 7 inch screens on a portable bread board setup. It goes from room to room and out on my deck in the summer when I fell like tinkering. The black bezel goes very well with the black openbeam aluminium frame I built it on. And mounting it to the frame wasn't all that hard.
Getting older now and eye site isn't what it used to be lol. A bigger screen would be a benefit for me. Nothing wrong with smaller screens, just not currently what I'm looking for. There are lots of the PiTFT's out there some somebody is using them, thats for sure.
Pimoroni have a high res 4 inch Hyperpixel display, https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/hype ... 485443155
Down side is it uses up all your GPIO pins. Not just covers them, uses them, https://pinout.xyz/pinout/hyperpixel4#
