The screen has multi-touch right out of the box? I got the screen, but i do not see any multi touch when i put my second finger on the screen.

Whilst the screen supports multitouch, Raspbian isn't configured to expect it.

That's one of my biggest pet peeves.
Raspberry Pi made by the Pi Foundation + Official Pi foundation multi touch monitor + Official Pi foundation OS, Raspbian.
But all you can do is single touch? Not even a right click? One has to wonder why multi touch support is taking so long to be part of Raspbian? Assuming it is in the works? Please tell me somebody is working on it? :(
You have total control over the hardware and total control over the software, or am I missing something? :?

Pimoroni did some Python driver work to support multi-touch
