the display behavior is odd, this what I can see:
1. rainbow screen
2. bright frame around the screen
3. cycles several times
4. error can't create /sys/class/leds/led0/trigger: nonexistent directory
5. menu screen to select OS
6. white screen
7. 4 raspberrys
8. bright frame around the screen
9.rainbow screen
10. black screen
11. go back to 4
and sometimes can get the subject error
I'm sure is a display issue as connected to an external monitor I have no problem
Thanks,

Unlikely to be your problem, but disconnect the white and grey wires (SCL and SDA) - they are only needed on the original model A and B.
PiHut need a nudge to update their howto (as, I think, do Element14).

I did try but no luck
Is it possible that it is due to a bad display?
What about the error can't create /sys/class/leds/led0/trigger: nonexistent director ?
Thanks

TBH I'd download a fresh copy of Raspbian (not NOOBS), install it on a new card, and see what that does.
Connect a monitor to the HDMI connector at the same time, as the Pi will default to that if it fails to detect the DSI screen.
Double check the connector from controller board to the LCD screen too - if that is slightly off then you could get something quirky, although if you sometimes see the 4 raspberries correctly then it is probably not that.

That little yellow lightning bolt in the top right means your power supply isn't up to the job. You Pi is most likely browning out.
Get a better power supply, or use one of the other approaches for linking power between the display and the Pi.

I want to thank you
Yes, the problem was due to the power supply
I thought the yellow lighting meant that it was connected
