Hardware: Rpi3 w/official Display
Software: OSMC (kodi on top of raspbian, from my understanding)
The goal: Inertial/momentum scrolling like on smartphones/tablets. Basically, it want to be able to flick through a list. Start a scroll, lift my finger, and have the scroll continue but slow at some rate until stopping.
Apologies if this question is in the wrong place. I'm struggling to determine where in the the stack the answer to my goal lies. Is this a Kodi/OSMC problem, an OS problem, a driver problem, or a firmware problem?
Basically I'm looking for any advice on how one would go about this. Even if that advice is as simple as where to start regarding the stack described above.
