I bought a new raspberry pi touchscreen already connected from the adapter board to the display, and then attached the ribbon cable between the raspberry pi.
I connected up my Raspberry pi to the touch screen with a power source, and the display and raspberry booted up but the display only showed a white screen. I have fiddled with the ribbon cable but nothing has changed. I have disconnected everything and tried rebooting a few times but with no joy. I know the raspberry works alone as i use it frequently with a monitor. Is there something I can do, or should I send it back to be fixed?
