You don't, since it doesn't have the (DSI) interface connector, as routing it out would have required a much more expensive PCB.

Most of the SPI based TFT screens will work with the zero. It's just the "official" display that doesn't have the hardware.

Yes, in fact there are at least four options for connection a screen to the Zero.

1. HDMI (obviously)
2. Composite video
3. SPI as Dougie said
4. Gert's VGA666 interface (and and DPI varients on that)

There's no DSI (or CSI) connector those things simply are NOT there on the zero and there's no way to add them. Your zero wouldn't be a $5 computer (it would be closer to the price of the A+) if it had those pieces.

Buy a 2B if you want to use the official display.

DSI doesn't make any sense on the Zero, both for the cost reasons Dougie has stated, and for the fact that you gain nothing from the shrunken form factor - you can hide the behemoth that is the Compute module & IO board behind that screen.
