AIY - Google Voice recent tweet.

Many of us have the problem of buisiness account.

You recently tweeted this.

PSA: You can absolutely use the #AIYProjects kit in the UK/EU even if you're not a business! Just put your name in the company name field

My question is do you have Google's permission to advocate breaking their T&C (it is assumed so by people since you are partners with them for this ) a
In my eyes doing this morally wrong thing, in effect a fake business account.
While it may not be harmful and is a way around it, that's like "hey you can install this software, just stick this keygened code in and ignore T&C. Carry on as normal after it."

Well. It's quite different from advocating stealing a program. Google are well aware of how our readers are using their service

How is it different, just because the sign up is in a different way. Both are circumventing a process to use a program.
We only have a tweet from another company to say this is a legal method (I assume you would back up any problems that may arise from it, say dodgy tax usage, which is one of the reasons for a buisiness account).

Microsoft and games companies are well aware of people using keygens/cracks/accessibility downloads to use their software.

If they are aware and wish individual people to use it, why have they not turned on individual usage and registration for people to make it legal under their terms.

Me, I'm just off down the road with a fake name tag to enter some school to have a peer around...

(I'm not the only one to have these concerns)

Anyway, I and the others will just use what they legally provide us with until otherwise.

It's nice and I'm glad you and Google have provided it so easily. So much so I grabbed another copy at the weekend to use at my school with the kids.
