Being new to the pi I got a 3 issue of magpi from my local smiths and seeing the subscription price saving money by subscribing and a free zero can't go wrong for that price and learning so much from the magazine too.

I've just received by Magpi #46 with the included PiZero bundle (PiZero v1.3,HDMI adapter and USB adapter but no Camera Module adapter cable) - the bundle was what encouraged me to take out a subscription
Have you and others received a 4th packet with your subscription containing a Camera adapter cable or have I just got the wrong end of the stick?

I will hopefully be getting mine at end of month beginning of next as started subscription with number #47 as purchased #46 on shop will have to keep you posted when arrives, have you considered contacting them regarding this as may have just been a genuine shipping error.

Ordered mine last friday (20 something of may) and it arrived on the 3rd of june with 46.

My bad - red face time! Not a shipping error - an alechk error. The connector was firmly pinched close to the magazine binding.

Just got my zero and bundle come through the post this morning shame had to go to work, can't wait to have a play with it later. Couldn't believe how tiny it actually is

Unfortunately, I have run into problems with these free PiZero with a subscription from IMS.
The first time, the offer was a free original PiZero with a 1-year subscription. Paid for the subscription, got the invoice showing the free PiZero, but the package was empty. A call to complain got me an explanation about "some packaging problems" but I never got the PiZero.

This week, another e-mail from IMS offered the 3 items mentioned above with a subscription renewal. Doing the renewal from their web site using the link in the offer email, never showed the 3 free items in the offer. So I did not hit submit for the order.

IMS appears to be a distant "third party" with respect to offers of Rasberry Pi hardware. Beware.
