I've tried contacting the MagPi subscription service ( Raspberry Pi <[email protected]
> ) several times since last Friday but not gotten any response. My subscription expired without me receiving a notice that it was about to end and when I tried to subscribe, I got an error message with the payment function saying it had not gone through. When I tried again, it went through but now I am signed up for two subscriptions. I would really very much like to cancel that second one so that I have just a single subscription, as intended, before it gets too processed. What are the right channels for doing that. The address mentioned above seems to be a dead end.
