Can i run official 7" touch screen with raspberry pi 3 b+ on win 10 iot?

Hi everyone, i have raspberry pi 3 b+ and ft5406 touch screen. I want to use it. Both of them run on rasbian but they haven't run on Win 10 iot. I have looked release notes for Raspberry pi 3 b+. It says that 'Ft5406 touch screen driver is disabled on RPi3B+.' Only Touch feature doesn't work. Can i install this driver on raspberry pi 3 b+? or Can i run ft4506 touch screen with raspberry pi 3 b+ on win 10 iot?

Can i install this driver on raspberry pi 3 b+?
Pedantically, No.
The board itself is passive. For most useful understanding of the word it is not possible to 'install' anything permanently on the hardware. The board must first be running an Operating System - any drivers are applicable to a particular running Operating System.
Since your query appears to relate to the use of the Microsoft Win10IoT operating system you might get more informed comment from a Microsoft support channel.

And to add that an informed reply needs a volunteer helper with the intersection of two skill sets - Win10IoT and ft5406 touch screen.
You might be more successful in attracting the interest of that rare specimen if you put those keywords in the Subject/Topic/Title of the thread.

What version of Windows 10 IoT Core ?
Do you have a link to the actual Touch Screen ?

Win10IoT of version is 17661 (Win10 InsiderPreview IoTCore RPi3B 7661)

Official touch screen is on the compatibility list:

Win10iot for the Pi 3B+ is still an 'unsupported technical preview'

Its simply the official 7" touch screen, so I changed the title again.
AFAIK Win10IOT doesn't have a driver for the official touch screen, but I might be wrong.

AFAIAA the only difference between a 3B and 3B+ are kernel/firmware, Wireless and Ethernet.
The Official Screen should still work, have you checked it works in Raspbian Stretch ?

Yes, Touch screen works on Raspbian.

Does the display work with Windows 10 IoT?
Is it that you are not getting any display, or that the touch input is non-functional?
