Window IoT commands

Does anyone have a link to a list of commands for the windows IoT core. I have tried looking for it but I'm having a hard time. Thank you in advance!

If such a thing exists it will probably be provided by Microsoft in support of their own product.

At this site https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/window ... getstarted it says :
