I am not very experienced with the raspberry pi, but was trying to hook up my western digital 1TB My passport to the system. I am currently running the latest version of raspbian and installing windows 10 IOT Core. After connecting the hard drive to the system, the hard drive starts beeping so it is disconnected immediately. I am guessing the hard drive is not compatible with the raspberry pi, hence the beep. Is there any way i can connect the hard drive to the Pi?
