Windows 10 IoT not booting up

So I downloaded Windows 10 IoT successfully and it rebooted but the screen just went black.

It only functions on a RPi 2B /3B, other RPis not supported:

Rather than negativity think outside the box !
RPi 4B 4GB (SSD Boot)..
Asus ChromeBox 3 Celeron is my other computer...
