No version of Windows Desktop Editions have been compiled to run on the Raspberry Pi Hardware.

While the answers given so far are 'correct', you might like to look for posts in these forums from user @pUnK concerning his company eltechs and their commercial product exagear.

This simply 'for information': it is not a recommendation or endorsement.

You mean Eltechs Exagear Desktop Commercial Software:

Once ExaGear Desktop is up and running, it becomes a neat solution for running a wider range of Linux software on your Raspberry Pi. The Windows aspect is interesting, but not practical.

Since OP specified WIndows 7 or later, the answer is, indeed, no. So, one can say that no currently supported version of Windows can be run.

However, OP may find the links below entertaining...

Windows XP on RPI 3:

Windows 3.1 on Rpi2:

Note that while XP on the Pi is too slow to be usable (5 minutes to boot up), running either 95 or 98 should be at least palatable.
