See the attached image.

- Brand new RPi3.
- Works fine with the Raspbian & OSMC.
- Card flashed many times with the same result. I have also tried an insider version.
- The board is resetting itself after a while, for several times before finally booting into Windows.

Any thoughts?

I get the same thing on RPi3 with Win 10 IoT 14931. If i leave it on that screen it will eventually reboot after a few minutes and usually boots properly after that. What SD card are you using?

Yes, it was the card. An otherwise fine card; my cameras had not problems with it. It is a 64GB, class 10 card. I have changed it with a 4GB, class 4 and now everything is fine.

It would be nice to know what the actual cause is.
