Pi + Arduino

Hi,

Windows IoT is available for both the Raspberry Pi and Arduino. There is some hardware available to add to the Pi that will create an iterface with Arduino and its shields. As far as I know, Raspian is required. Is there a way to to use Windows IoT instead?

RPi 4B 4GB (SSD Boot)..
Asus ChromeBox 3 Celeron is my other computer...
