Bluescreen Critical_Process_Dies

Sat Aug 22, 2015 4:49 pm

Hi Everyone,

Just tried to install the Windows 10 IoT Core today and I am facing a weird problem.

The boot sequence starts,
he does a check disk,
scanning and repairing: 100% complete

the screen goes black and after a few seconds

and then bluescreen saying that a CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

it reboots... goes to that error again and then black screen......

Does anyone have a idea of what is wrong?

You're running Windows. I wouldn't run Windows anything on a Pi but if you insist, wait a lifetime until they have the bugs worked out.

Useless answer from jpezz, sigh.

It is likely that something is wrong with your SD card since it needed a chkdsk before even loading.
