How to use serial port ?

Good Morning, before to post I've did a lot of serach on google ... but i did found the answer ...

just i seen that right now is not possible use serial port is correct ?

I've a project with Windows Iot and i need to use serial port from pinout or better from usb with RS232 converter ...

is there a way to do that from visual studio of course
