Win 10 WDK - Device Configuration connection Error 10060

Hi,

I've tried to deploy a KMDF sample to my pi-2 (B).
I followed the steps on the videos at the bottom of this page:

During the steps, I am able to setup the IP of the Pi 2 in my local network, VS sees the Pi2, however when I click on "Configure Debugger settings" after clicking next following screen shows up and after about 30 seconds it shows the error in the attached file.
I am able to connect with the pi-2 using the Power shell procedure, I even have deployed a couple of sample apps and debug them.
Is Pi2 + win 10 ready to do Kernel debugging?
Am I missing a step in the configuration?
