Where to download the Win10 for IoT ISO?

I've been trying to get the Win10 for IoT ISO since it was announced, but for whatever reason, nothing shows up for me when I go to the page that is supposed to have the ISO available!

No options for downloads?

I've signed in to my account (had to register for yet another Microsoft thing) but still nothing shows up!

Does anyone know why the ISO isn't available and where I could get it?

Hi,

is there a page "Survey" (translated from german). There you can accept the Terms of use (EULA in german).
Maybe you have to do this first before you can download the ISO?

Thats strange, this is what I see:

So the downloads are in the place where you have a white part.
