Can't run my C# program on win 10 IOT

I wrote a C# program on my pc by using Visual studio.
Then I transfer my program to Pi.
It can be opened by Visual studio and debug on it.
But I can run the exe in my bin/debug folder.

Have you already tried this (http://ms-iot.github.io/content/win10/s ... oWorld.htm) to get something running? Works for me pretty well.
