USB to Serial

I am trying to connect to one of my serial devices using USB to Serial Connector .

I am using the Device Manager (Web Version) and it seems it does see the device but there is a Problem Code = 28 .

I am wondering what is the Supported USB to Serial Converter ?

Unfortunately USB to Serial is not yet on the list.
