Hi,
I've registered for IoT, Developer with my Hotmail account, and when I log on, it requires me to complete my profile. Doing so and clicking "Save" takes me to an error page "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found". Thus I can never get to the actual download.
Suggestions - does it require some of the optional fields anyway, like Facebook..?
