We were going to demo Win10 at the Chicago Northside MakerFaire tomorrow and cannot do so because Microsoft has made it so difficult to actually get Win10 for the Pi.
Forcing potential users to install Win10 on a physical machine is just silly. I don't have spare machines just sitting around to put Win10 on, other than Pi's, lol. Others have had success doing this on a Mac using Virtual Machines but I have not had such luck following the steps outlined on this forum for my Win 8.1 VM as well as a new Win 10 VM that I just created. FWIW I'm running Parallels.
I hope Microsoft figures out how to make it a little easier to get Win10 onto Pi's soon!

You don't need to install Win10 on a physical machine. I'm running it in Oracle's Virtualbox. I can connect my USB SDCard reader to that virtual machine.
