No SSH available, its Windows use Remote Powershell.

I imagine you would have to port OpenSSH to Windows for ARM and deploy/run it as a service on the Pi 2 but then you'll have the problem of not having the typical suite of software and at that point it may be prudent to run linux instead. Or an ARM port of cygwin suite of software I suppose.

SSH is not available in the current build, but it is being considered for an update in the future. For the short term please continue to use remote powershell as was mentioned previously.
