Hi guys,
could someone talk about drivers for Windows 10 on Pi?
I see that the Windows 10 IoT Core Insider has a devcon.exe which is a device manager.
But what about the drivers? Should they be compiled to arm so they can work?
cheers.
Is it possible to answer who's going to be expected to make the ones for the Pi 2 for Windows 10 ?pranishk wrote:You are correct that for Raspberry Pi 2 you would need to build ARM binaries.
I know it's still a bit early to be asking this question and it isn't necessarily in the context of the raspberry pi, but do you guys have any plans for supporting the creation of 3rd party BSPs in a similar manner to which you do for Windows Embedded Compact?pranishk wrote:Hi,
With Windows 10 we've created a Universal Driver model that enables drivers to be created to work with all versions of Windows (Phone, PC and IoT Core!). You can learn more at the Driver Development Center: https://msdn.microsoft.com/library/wind ... s.85).aspx
