Start again with a genuine (not a fake) SDcard.

If you are undertaking the creation of the SD Card in Windows 10 Desktop Edition, then make sure your SD Card Reader is SDHC compliant.

Maybe also ask on the Microsoft's MSDN Forum for Windows 10 IoT Core:

Why would the OP bother when Win10 IoT can be installed with NOOBS (as long as the Rpi3B or RPi2B2 is connected to the internet).

Windows 10 IoT Core is a version ofWindows 10 that is optimized for smaller devices with or without a display, and that runs on the Raspberry Pi 2 and 3, Arrow DragonBoard 410c & MinnowBoard MAX. If you're new to Windows 10 IoT, maybe I can help you to solve many problems.Always welcome to contact me. I have solved the problem according to your method and again thank you very much. And I got some reference from the following article. https://pc4u.org/windows-10-home-pro-ve ... -download/

Welcome to the Raspberry Pi forums.

The forums form a public and permanent resource of help, ideas, advice etc.

If you are able to help @pedrjs install Win10IoT, why not make that advice available right here?
