sense hat--astro pi installation

I have installed the Astro Pi, but am haveing trouble loading software.
I do update, upgrade and then install sense-hat, but when i try to load suo pip-3.2 install pillow I get and error

exactly what error?
BTW: it's 'sudo, not 'suo'
