Building a frequency generator

Mon Nov 27, 2017 8:21 pm

Hi,

I'm interested in building a frequency generator / frequency detector similar to the Asyra or Qest4:
http://www.asyra.co.uk/the-asyra-system/
https://www.qest4.eu/

If I understand correctly, these systems have a frequency generator and frequency receiver/detector that is able to send a particular frequency through your body (skin contact) and measure the results coming from your other hand.

Background:

There is also a product called Spooky2:
https://www.spooky2.com/

Which seems to be very similar, if you use the Spooky2 generator + Pulse scanner:
https://www.spooky2-mall.com/spooky-acc ... ption.html

Most of these require a full PC to operate.

My question for the community at this point is whether it seems to be a good fit for a Raspberry Pi platform in general. I'm a web designer, fairly tech-savvy, but I've only recently started learning about frequencies, frequency generators, etc. Any insight or guidance would be much appreciated.

Thanks!
Nate

Lower freq can be done with the PWM, 2 channels

Higher freqs with GPCLK0

There is no way to get 100GHz, lots of mumbo jumbo on those pages,
But as a Tai Chi and Reiki practitioner just because someone does not understand does not mean the effects are not real.

Despite the fact that peer review and double blind trials show that this kind of nonsense is no better than a placebo.
Just because a paper states Heisenberg's uncertainty principle it does not mean that it is factual.

Proof? Would love to review these double blind studies. Because this stuff has been the only thing that's worked for me, compared to 2+ decades of failures coming from treatments via mainstream medical treatment.

Read the Harvard Medical School Guide to Tai Chi book.
It is the opposite to those mumbo jumbo pages that throw out jargon.
The Placebo effect is real and is about perceptions.

"No one really understands water,"
Asyra/QEST is similar tech to Scientology's E-Meter?
Which is similar to Bio-feedback or ECG, GSR Skin conductance....

Just about everyone seems to have a fitbit these days.
With a bit of extra training, anyone can learn to control heart-rate and heart-rate variability and skin conductivity.
With a MAX30100 sensor you could make one for a Zero based portable version.

But let's ignore all that and just focus on the tech.

There are many sensors now for Wearables Pi's can talk too.
Show everyone how to make a Frequency based GSR meter and lets them run their own experiments for themselves.
