autologin output from RPi to computer

Seeking solution to help disabled student login to Windows computer. He presses keys repeatedly, and we can correct this after login with Keyboard Accessibility, Filters, Bounce settings. The problem is the login. I know nothing about programming Rasberry Pi, but thought it would be worth investigating for a solution.
I need the device to output username, Tab, output password, Enter.
We currently have an adaptive keyboard that does this, but we're curious about a MUCH smaller solution.
1. Is the possible for the RPi to do this?
2. What hardware would I need to accomplish this?
3. How would I obtain assistance writing a program?

Use an Arduino, it's easier to emulate a USB keyboard with an Arduino.
