Re: GIANT UPDATE: Build FFmpeg and mpv – Automatically in 54 Minutes!

Hello, thank you very much for hard working on script! It’s incredible, that you have made, so big work alone. Could you help me? I would like to make Bluetooth Receiver with AAC . There's a great word in the English language. The word is "incidental". It has a variety of subtle meanings,...

Re: GIANT UPDATE: Build FFmpeg and mpv – Automatically in 54 Minutes!

If anyone interested, I updated the script..... Ugh! I'm sure you meant well in trying to update my script to a SLIGHTLY newer maintenance release of mpv. Unfortunately, you did exactly what I anticipated some people might do – you mainly just did an update of the download URLs to the source code w...

Re: Is youtube live consdered a live stream, can I use Chromium?

newbie here: Is youtube live TV considered a live stream? I'm having issues with chromium..... That's strange! I received an email notification about this rather innocent question – but for some odd reason, it suddenly moved from a pre-existing thread to this brand-new thread! Anyway, I'm not sure ...

Re: Display images (slideshow) on tv/monitor

@RPi_Mike: wow ... sound pretty complicated It's inevitable that some will mistake a comprehensive answer for a "complicated" one. I'll leave it to the good readers to decide which is which. That shouldn't be too hard, given that you ignored almost all of the original poster's concerns.

Re: Display images (slideshow) on tv/monitor

i am looking for a software to display images through HDMI as an slideshow on an tv/monitor. Ideally the software pulls the images from somewhere like dropbox, cloudservice, other server or anything like that. If it would be possible to set an schedule per image that would be great. Since I sort of...

Re: OMXplayer - how to choose better streams with m3u8 playback?

I'm currently puzzled as to how to instruct Raspbian to play a higher stream quality when given an m3u8 file. For example, when given: http://edge.metrotvnews.com:1935/live-edge/smil:metro.smil/playlist.m3u8 OMXPlayer always automatically get the worst quality (which is probably the first line in t...

Re: Watching live streams with the Pi, best way to do so?

So, I installed the entire script and everything ran as it should, including the animation at the end. HOWEVER, when I go to terminal and type in mpv followed by that web address, it will either tell me the stream is not availible (which is correct at the time of posting), or it will tell me that I...
