About your first question: I don't recommend to use ILA on Pi1, because it only works with Pocketsphinx in a reasonable speed and with this speech recognition accuracy is too low for a nice user experience. On Pi2 though you can use the method described above to get the Web Speech API running which ...

Actually, i have to speak to mobile to make a phone call , the .wav file will be generated, that wav file processed by raspberry pi board, for speech recognition i am using pocketsphinx software on raspberry board. please help
