Easiest way is by using an HDMI-to-LVDS adapter board, configured for this TFT. You should be able to find it i.e. On ebay.

HI.

Simple answer No.

It clearly states "Signal Type LVDS (1 ch, 8-bit) , Connector , 31 pins " so you will need to find an LVDS diver board for it that has an HDMI input.

Chalkboard will do the job. Custom HDMI mode will be required most likely.
Display is single channel LVDS.
