Turning off i2c fixed it. Thanks for the help. Now onward and upward to uv4l stereo!

I took the cameras off to check them on a Pi0 and when I put them back one camera is working. You're not going to find a cheap multimeter that measures watts, capacitance or temperature. Take a look on ebay.

I just took a look at the latest Raspbian and pip, pip3 and pygame are all there. You might try reinstalling Raspbian.
