Well, I'll stick it out then.  The first few scenes where they're obviously trying to copy actual gameplay (running, jumping on the rooves, puzzles to unlock the gates, etc.) seemed a little cheesy, but hey - it's a film made about an 80s platformer, so I should've expected it
