Re: Minecraft Survial Mode Patch

This isn't "my" patch, I just discovered the thread...

Following the instructions, I was able to get the survival mode patch working, but not the full screen patch.

Can you share your exact command that didn't work?

There is a Minecraft Survival Mode Patch http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/2035992-survival-mode-patch/ I copied a Minecraft PE map to my Pi, and managed to get day/night features working, but I'm not sure if there is enough working to actually cr...

Re: 11/25 UltraSlim = Retro/Gaming/Q3|XBMC 12/13|Desktop + m

This is a "little" off-topic, but is there a way I can install your XBMC binaries into my existing Raspbian?

All I'm finding is really old binary instructions for doing this, and it looks like you have the most recent attached to the top post in the thread?

Thanks

Re: A few RetroPie questions....

Wow.. this forum is unbelievably dead sometimes.
Answer to question 3 for the sake of anyone who finds this using Google later..

3) Hit "M" for menu, shutdown (among other things) can be selected from there..

A few RetroPie questions....

I've been playing with RetroPie this week.. Very slick! I'm using a wired Xbox360 controller and Wireless keyboard/mouse. I've played with it long enough to have a few questions... 1) Currently the keyboard is controlling the menus and the Xbox360 controller is working in the games. Is there a way t...

OpenRA and Raspberry Pi?

The OpenRA project (based on Red Alert/Dune) has become very stable lately and would benefit from a surge of new players.

It looks like there is "source" available. http://openra.res0l.net/download/

What are the challenges of getting this to work with the Raspberry Pi?

Picodrive under Raspbian

I've found a binary of Picodrive 1.81 which runs nicely under Raspbian, but I can't find a way to make it go full screen during game play. An earlier version (1.35 IIRC) does work full screen, but the audio is awful.

How can I get this working full screen?

Thanks

I'm attempting to make some adjustments to the smb (samba) configuration. I can't seem to figure out where you are keeping the smb.conf to adjust the settings. Can you help?

Re: [11/21] UltraSlim = Retro + Gaming/Q3 + Media/XBMC + Des

Spent some time playing with this today.. Made some additional adjustment which may/may not be interesting to add to the next release of the "official" build. Either way, these were beneficial changes here.. 1) Extracted the video driver from this package to fix Mupen64plus http://blog.sheasilverman...

Re: [11/21] UltraSlim = Retro + Gaming/Q3 + Media/XBMC + Des

This is a slick package! Thank you... One issue I'm running into is with Mupen64Plus, is the "Core Warning: No video plugin attached. There will be no video output." when I attempt to run a ROM. Haven't seen success yet. Is there some special instruction for making this work? Also, suggestion. How a...

uinput not passing keystrokes to programs

I've been working on a Python script to capture Bluetooth control from my Wii controller, then use "uinput" to pass keystrokes back out to depending on the controller's actions. At the moment the immediate goal is to pass keys to mame4all. The script is posted on this thread (http://www.raspberrypi....

Wii Control almost seems to work, but not with MAME4ALL

So I've working on a little Python script to read the Wii controller via Bluetooth and pass keystrokes to Mame4all. (at least that's what should happen.) At the moment it's working at the console, but isn't picked up by mame. I'm running the script as sudo/root from an SSH login, then attempting to ...

How to remove login data from Raspberry Pi store

I'm planning on sharing a copy of my completely configured SD card with a couple friends. I've downloaded a few applications from the Raspberry Pi store (free stuff) and would like to remove my login/password so that someone else can create their own account on it using the copy I will make. I've pr...

Re: xWayland/Weston: Is this possible on Rpi?

That photo on that page seems to indicate that "someone" has at least managed to get Chrome and Libre Office running. That alone would be a need project if it was actually done on the Pi.

xWayland/Weston: Is this possible on Rpi?

Is this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4VxqdEcFV0M) possible with the Raspiberry Pi and if so, how is it accomplished?

"Weston-launch" works on mine, but manipulating simple shell windows is far from interesting.
