Hey Dom, I didn't find this command. I downloaded the newest version of raspbian and manualy installed kodi on top of this. now it is working as it should be. So i think your solution is right. still strange that the pi isn't passing the post check due to a driver issue....? but everything is workin...

Hey,

I already know the "not reading from sd card" error.
But that doesn't explain why it is working fine without the tv turned on...

Hey,

Thanks for the reply.

The pi isn't responding to ssh.
The green light is constantly on. So I am afraid that this is a different problem.

high power usage

Hey

I want to use a 16x relay board on my raspberry pi 2 B.
i have a 2.5A power supply.

The board is using 1A when all relays are on.

i am a little bit afraid to power them through a 5V GPIO pin.
do i need to have a separate power supply for this board?

Goedenavond ik heb al meerdere keren een schakelaar aangesloten met 3,3V naar schakelaar - 1kohm naar GPIO in - 10kohm naar ground Dit werkt prima echter wil ik nu 16 schakelaars aansluiten. i finaly solved it

replaced /etc/network/interfaces with the default bellow

Code: Select all

auto lo eth0
iface lo inet loopback

iface eth0 inet dhcp
unfortunately i didn't saved the other content
now this and some other network problems are solved

i just swaped them with a raspberry hidden after a cabinet so the big and ugly usb-network cable isn't visible

i found out that i was wrong about the model i have a B and a B rev2 which i was thinking was the B+ since it had 512mb ram but that didn't change the fact the nic is broken i was looking for a small usb network adapter but it is half the price of a new raspberry so i will replace it and hold this o...

i added a usb network card to the pi and booted it now show 2 nic's connected but the external version is working i saw the warrent is only one year so no luck on that side :( now i have a nic that is bigger than my pi itself :( if anybody has a idea how to bring the onboard nick back alive that wou...

Hey

i am sorry it is a b+
the keyboard works fine (i have no mouse)
with no network the network leds are blinking (not so much since there is no data)
there is no different with or without the cable
the image i am currently trying is a raspbmc installation

Hey

my pi isn't detecting the link status anymore
when i unplug the network cable the ligts are stil on and the OS see a 100mbit connection

also when the cable is connected there is still a link but no traffic
is this a known issue or is my pi dead?
