Can you plug the camera in and then browse the cards as if the came was a memory card in a reader? (sorry haven't used fuji's since the 5000) If you can, can you umount the camera and use it with the usb lead pluged in? IF yes to both then try this. 1 Raspy trigers the shutters then waits 5 secounds...

Lcdproc not found

Can anyone help me out? I'm trying to install LCDproc in raspbian to use a MX232 usb lcd (Used it before in ubuntu) but I'm strugglic with a problem. Everytime i type sudo apt-get install LCDproc all I get is "cannot install lcdproc not found. I'm sure I have been typing it properly as I have copyed...

Being Picky about printers.

How could you over look the reprap?
It was designed in Bath and there are various versions all over the south west (well south of the M4 corridor.) if you look up the reprap forums you may be able to find someone who will print for you.

I have a usb powered hd enclosure however it came with a USB Y lead that allows the conection to a usb wall wort (power adapter) and connection to the host!.

Hot USB socket

Ive got the marlins kit that car with the little wiimax device but after running for a short time the pi's usb socket is getting hot!
is something going wrong?

Why not use something like the Slice of Pi/o using the MCP23017 driver chip?
Each chip communicates over i2c and can be individually addressed and each of its ports can also be accessed !
