Re: Ssd1322 oled display
So, did you ever manage to get it to work?

Mine is also in 80XX mode (whatever that may be), so I guess I should move the "0" resistor from R6 to R5, am I right?
Afterwards, I will have to figure out the use of each pin... unless you already know it.

Re: How to setup Minecraft 1.12.1 on Raspberry Pi 3
Did anyone get to use a USB gamepad with Minecraft on the Pi?
I have a Retroflag Classic USB GamePro and a GameSir G3W but was not able to use them with Minecraft (even if the GamePro can be seen with xboxdrv and the G3W with lsusb).
MineControl can't see any of them by the way...
Thanks.

Re: Recording sound (and video at the same time) with the Pi 3B+
I made my first try today in a Hackaton. I had a few parts to try and lots of brilliant minds with me. :D My goal was to demo the PiP with the Arducam and a desktop captured in a way or another to simulate the target (desktop shared by HDMI2Whatever, and video of the speaker inserted in the top righ...

v4l2rtspserver and raspidisp
Hi, I have two Raspberry Pi 3B+ running Stretch on hand. On one of them, I have installed v4l2rtspserver and a CSI camera, and I have a rtsp stream that works wonder. I would love to do almost the same for the second one, except it has no camera. I am trying to use raspidisp to create a rtsp stream ...

I will go for 30fps, that would be great.
For my first tests, I bought an Arducam camera module.
I will continue to investigate.

Re: Recording sound (and video at the same time) with the Pi 3B+
Thanks a lot, Andy. I want/need to broadcast and at the same time record the session. I wanted to do it all only with SBCs (because we all have dreams, don't we?), but I can add an i7 laptop (which we have, unfortunately under Windows) to the equation if I have no other choice. Arducam does not have...

Re: Recording sound (and video at the same time) with the Pi 3B+
You had read the hardware spec for the kit that they're using? Sir, yes, Sir! ;) Voctomix requires a fair amount of CPU time to run in the default configuration of 1920×1080 at 25fps. Our production systems have these CPUs: Intel Core i7-3770 CPU 4x 3.40GHz but we're also experimenting with newer o...

Re: Recording sound (and video at the same time) with the Pi 3B+
Hi RattusRattus, thanks a bunch for your detailed answer. I will read your documentation with great attention. I was going for capturing video thanks to a modified Pi camera (ArduCam). If we need several Pis to do the job, that's ok too. I was thinking of using Voctomix on a Renegade Elite to mix ev...

Recording sound (and video at the same time) with the Pi 3B+
Hi, I am trying to setup something to record and broadcast local conferences, and I was lent a Senheiser Freeport which has an XLR-3M socket audio output (blanaced) and a 1/4" jack socket (unbalanced). Do I need a hat to input that kind of audio into the Pi, or will the jack be enough? Can I ho...

Re: GPU memory problem
I'm asking for some help on how to handle the memory sharing between the GPU and CPU for my use case, which is (supposed to be) a fancy development environment under ArchLinux.
If this ever succeeds, I will use it in a workshop next week at the local university.
Thanks.

Raspbian Stretch: Setting a static IP for an USB to Ethernet adapter
Hi, I have read quite a few tutorials regarding setting up a static IP for the Pi. Unfortunately, I haven't been successful in implementing it yet. My use case is: a device is flooding my local network with a video broadcast (my ISP box can't handle it and I lose my wifi network) I'd like to use the...

Hi, I connected via USB a Jabra 510 Speaker/Mic on a B+ running Distributor ID: Raspbian Description: Raspbian GNU/Linux 9.4 (stretch) Release: 9.4 Codename: stretch It's a server version, without X. I'm also interested in Arducam cameras to film conferences in small rooms.
I'm still investigating on the lens I should get, because 4mm seems much too small for my use.
