Errors in the Windows version seem to be put in a file stderr.txt that's in the same folder as the qemu exe.  I think that applies to other std output as well.

I ran the ARM Installer last night on a PC and it seems to install the right things.  At least the SD card ends up with a FAT32 partition containing the boot files.

I connect a PC to an Arduino using RS232, it looks like a serial port.  The Pi should connect the same way, with the Pi as the master and the Arduino or netduino as the slave.

Yes, my mid April date is now mid May.

I'm not that surprised, they must be producing getting on for a million of these and there's sure to be something that's not in stock and has to be made to get those quantities. It only needs one bit for the whole thing to have to wait.
