@penguintutor: I have checked my .htaccess settings and have found the mistake. "AllowOverride All" was missing - thanks penguintutor, now it works!

I also do not use a web layouting software. For Wordpress there are more that 1700 different themes available, and some of them you can customize very well to your own preferred style. This customizing you can do in the Wordpress Admin dashboard. I have used apache2 because I know it best. As there ...

Wordpress ist a Content Management System, that I use for writing a blog. I like it because it is quite easy to install, its fast enough on the raspi (e.g. Joomla is quite slow), and you can customize it with a lot of different plug-ins and themes. Hi all, I have the RaspberryPi now for 2 days and already installed a webserver according to this pdf manual. Additionally I have added WordPress as CMS, it works real fast when you consider the HW capabilities of the Raspi. Only issue I have is getting webalizer secured (same problem as post before...
