Hey guys,
Can anybody recommend any good books for learning c++ from scratch? I Can program in Python and ruby and am looking to learn c++.

I have used Micro Sds with the PI before and will say one word ...DONT... They always get corrupted within hours and take ages to boot in my experience. Just dont!

Your pi will actually power the hub... If you intend to allow it you would need a good power supply, over 900.

Anybody got any ideas for a python project??? I have made a lottery generator, pin generator, prime and perfect number calculator, blackjack game, degrees to Fahrenheit converter, palindrome tester, password strength tester. Any ideas??? PLEASE!!!

From reading this I see you run OSX, guess you have a legit mac machine. I triple boot mac windows and Ubuntu on my mac, Linux has taught me so much. Personally from my experience with internet surfing on the Pi (despite what people may say) Chromium is by far the best on a fully overclocked Pi. Midori is just hopeless, word of advice dont sign in to chrome it slows things up! Lets be honest, with its processor and little ram it is impossible to ...

Hello, I'm newish to Linux and have recently been learning Python, so I have a good technical ability. Have heard that it is possible to run windows 95/3.1 on the pi in virtual box.
