<r>I went for a mini, but regular (non foldable) USB keyboard:the 505 listed there (30 euros) It includes a trackball, which hopefully will be recognized (it should be, trackballs and mice are really the same thing) <URL url="http://www.perixx.com/interen/.....strial.htm">http://www.perixx.com/inter...

Re: Screens

probably tricky. These screens must be LVD, ie require an expensive, active, cable, if you're starting from regular DVI/HDMI; and I have no clue if they take a VGA, DVI or HDMI signal. I don't think the Pi gives us access to anything but HDMI and composite, even as solder point on the board.

Re: Interfaces, Case, Package (Request/Suggestion)

<t>Will the final R.Pi fit inside a 3.5" HDD case, once the innards are removed ? If not, it will surely fit into an EXTERNAL 3.5" drive enclosure. That gives us the power supply at the same time, just make sure to buy a cheap plastic enclosure so that drilling holes is not too hard ^^<br/> Those ar...

Re: Backup/restore, Image update and distribution

<t>I'm not sure how the quasi-bootloader works, and I've been wondering:<br/> <br/> - will there be tools to do a complete backup/restore of our SD cards, so that even if it gets FUBARed, we can go to our PC (win/mac/linux/other Pi) and just restore the SD card from a backup ? Re: Howtos?

In my experience, having howtos is great, but only a first step. Then comes the real killer: keeping them updated. I'd rather have 4 good, up to date howtos than 10 bad, obsolete ones.

Re: Wiki in German

Speaking of which, there seem to be a handful of inaccuracies in the French Wiki: 512 MB RAM mentionned somewhere, USB-Stick size, no clear USB porrs count for the different versions... Should I go ahead and correct those ?

Hey, since this is in the off-topic section, I've got an anecdote to share. I insist it's authentic, because it' more or less its only quality: at that Republican shindig Saturday in the US, there was a stand selling... deep-fried butter sticks.

Hey Eben, you forgot "10 " in front of "print" ^^.. That does look familiar.
