Re: Codesys on the rpi

Hi, did you install the debian package to the raspberry pi? There is at the moment a problem: If you use the Debian from last release, the codesys runtime starts and quits after a few seconds. This is maybe your problem. We are preparing a new release 3.5.7.10 (the pi CODESYS runtime ) which will fi...

Re: Communication between PLC and Raspberry/Arduino/Galileo

Hi,

if you use the CODESYS Developmentsystem and the CODESYS PI plc runtime,
this is possible.
Pi could act as Ethernet IP scanner.
Just type CODESYS into the forum serach field and you will find some helpful how-to links where to get it etc.

Re: Turn Raspberry Pi into a P.L.C (Programable Logic Contro

Hi, The CODESYS Developmentsystem is always free of charge, only addons like SVN Integration or UML Integration Static Analysis and Profiler need a license but this is not a must have, for programming in IEC-61131 language like ladder, stuctured text... there is no limitation in the developmentsyste...

GPU mailbox interrupt stops after several days

Hi, in our application we cyclically (once a minute) talk to the GPU/mailbox ( via "/dev/char_dev"). we open and close the handle every time, after some days running the GPU interrupt gets stuck and one read (via ioctl) does not return properly, in dmesg I can see this: [35401.645314] "echo 0 > /pro...
